Acupuncture

  • Acupuncture Initial Visit (90 min): $150

  • Acupuncture Follow-Up Treatment (60 min): $100

  • Acupuncture Follow-Up Treatment (90 min): $150

    • Add on Celluma LED Light Therapy on any acupuncture treatment for an additional $40

Facial Rejuvenation

  • Acupuncture Facial Rejuvenation with Celluma LED light therapy (60 min): $150 (Recommended 1 session weekly for 10 weeks)

  • Acupuncture Facial Rejuvenation Package (10 sessions): $1200

Payment Policy & Insurance

Services are provided and billed by Avenue Acupuncture.

Payment is due at the time of service. New patients will be requested to save your credit card information on our file when you book your first appointment online, which can be used for your future payments.

Currently, Avenue Acupuncture does not accept insurance. If you have acupuncture coverage through your insurance policy, we would be happy to provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

It is important to first call your insurance company to see if your policy covers acupuncture. Be mindful that not all insurance companies cover a full course of acupuncture treatments and may have stipulations for the conditions covered.

In addition, deductibles, copayments, or other applicable fees may be involved depending on your insurance policy. 

We accept cash, personal check, debit cards, HSA’s, and most major credit cards. 

There will be a $30 fee for every returned check. 

Cancellation Policy 

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a $50 cancellation fee. 

No call no shows will be charged the full treatment amount.

In case of late cancellations or no-call no-shows, your credit card on file will be automatically charged.

Late Arrivals 

Please arrive on time to your scheduled appointment.

We do not guarantee and may be unable to accommodate a full treatment if you are 15 or more minutes late.
